Entry into Jerusalem

Inspired by the motif "The Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem", the oriental style nativity scene is presented here. It was installed in a sheet steel lantern measuring 50cm x 30cm. 

The scene shows Jesus riding a donkey, with a hand-made ruin behind him, which has been perfected down to the smallest detail. The sheet steel lantern and the crib inside form a successful symbiosis of modern material and traditional choice of motif. The figure of Jesus was clothed in fabric and measures 18cm. It was made by Angela Trip from Palermo.
