Moses on Mount Sinai

the figure of Moses is majestically enthroned on Mount Sinai, which plays a special role in biblical tradition. The finely crafted clay sculpture with loving details is 30cm high and carries the stone tablet received from God with the 10 commandments engraved on it. Moses, clothed in a cloth robe, emphasizes the artist's craftsmanship.

At the food of the mountain are figures of shepherds looking up reverently at Moses. The small clay figures capture the viewers attention and convey the spiritual significance of the scene.

Behind an artistically designed cloud, rays of sunlight burst forth and cast a radiant light on the work, reinforcing the divine presence and significance of the moment. All the figures used were made by Angela Trip from Palermo.

The construction time of this masterful work was about 150 hours, which underlines the dedication and craftsmanship. Every nuance of the scenery has been carefully crafted to bring the biblical narrative to life.
